All Credit/ Debit Card transactions with Face Lab will include a convenience fee of 3.99%. Alternate payment options (without additional fees) remain in place which includes Cash and Check.

Patients with children, we ask that you not attend your appointment with any children under 12 years of age, due to safety concerns for the children being exposed to lasers, injectables etc.

Cancellation Policy, we ask that patients please call our office at 229-242-0331 to cancel any appointments. Our office prefers that any schedule changes be done through phone and not through text or social media. We ask that patients give us 48 hours to cancel or reschedule any appointments, Patients that "No show" for appointments will be charged a broken appointment fee.

Consults will now be charged $100 for Injectables and $50 for all other services. This fee will be charged to your account.
